Akhila Saroha: Firstly, congratulations on the publication of your book, “Heartbreak Not Again “. How has the reception been so far?
Kunal Green: Thank you so much! I want to express my gratitude for this interview opportunity. It’s been an incredible journey as a first-time author, and I’m thrilled to share that the reception of “Heartbreak Not Again” has been overwhelmingly positive.
Akhila Saroha: What inspired you to write “Heartbreak Not Again “? Were there any specific events that influenced the creation of this work?
Kunal Green: As an avid fan of romance fiction literature, I’ve always found myself drawn to stories that explore the complexities of love. What struck me in many of these narratives was the common theme of either a singular love story or a love triangle. This led me to wonder and ponder whether love is a once-in-a-lifetime occurrence or if it can happen countless times in a person’s life. I, as a human, can vehemently say “pyaar ek baar nahi hota hai.” It was this very idea that inspired the creation of my novel.
Akhila Saroha: When it comes to placing events within “Heartbreak Not Again “and ensuring its accessibility to readers, how challenging was that decision for you?
Kunal Green: Placing events within “Heartbreak Not Again” and ensuring its accessibility to readers was both challenging and rewarding. As an author, I wanted the story to flow naturally and keep readers engaged from start to finish. Balancing the pacing of events, crafting relatable characters, and weaving emotional moments required careful consideration. The challenge was in finding the right moments to reveal key plot points and character development while maintaining a cohesive and compelling narrative.
Akhila Saroha: What are your thoughts on contemporary writing? In the context of “Heartbreak Not Again “, do you believe it accurately captures human nature?
Kunal Green: Contemporary literature reflects our ever-changing world, encompassing various styles, genres, and viewpoints. This diverse literary landscape frequently delves into societal, cultural, and technological contexts, addressing relevant social issues through innovative storytelling and experimental forms. Through engaging characters, relevant problems, and realistic portrayals, I can claim that “Heartbreak Not Again” can successfully express all facets of human nature.

Kunal Green: Thank you for your kind words about my writing. I must say that I am an avid reader and have a great appreciation for the novels of Smt. Sudha Murthy ji. Additionally, I admire Mr. Ravinder Singh’s ability to connect with readers through his writing, making it a delightful reading experience.
In the world of nonfiction, I find myself drawn to the works of Mr. Yuval Noah Harari. His writing is not only well-researched but also masterfully presented, captivating readers with its depth and insight.
These authors have been a source of inspiration for me, and I aspire to continue honing my craft to create meaningful and engaging stories that resonate with readers, just as their works have done for me.
Akhila Saroha: How would you classify the audience appeal of “Heartbreak Not Again”? Does it have a broad reach?
Kunal Green: It is far too early to draw any conclusions or make any comments on this. I believe that “Heartbreak Not Again” has the potential to resonate with a wide range of readers who enjoy romance fiction and appreciate stories that explore the complexities of love and human relationships.

Kunal Green: I would like to emphasize that this is merely the beginning of my writing journey. Kunal Green: The title reflects the central theme and emotional journey the characters undertake. It signifies that the characters, despite experiencing heartbreak, are determined not to let it define their future.
Akhila Saroha: Among various writing styles, what led you to adopt prose as the form for “Heartbreak Not Again”?
Kunal Green: Prose provided me with the perfect platform to bring authenticity and relatability to the novel. It allowed me the creative freedom to weave a narrative that captures the complexities of human emotions and relationships in a compelling manner. I believe prose was the ideal choice to convey the depth and richness of “Heartbreak Not Again.”
Akhila Saroha: In today’s time, the ideas presented in “Heartbreak Not Again” may not be widely discussed. In your opinion, what could be the possible reasons for that?

Sometimes, there is a hesitancy to openly discuss such experiences, which might contribute to the ideas in the book not being widely explored in society.
