As a FoodBlogger and HomeChef for past six years there was never a stop to influence others with my creative contents in through my individual style. From the year 2020 it was extremely tough for all of us from every angle we could see. The graphic pattern for blogging also followed variations and that too reflected in my content creation and work. I must include to confess that I am a housewife, entrepreneur, homechef, world traveller, blogger, mom and wife, thus helped me to realize the emotions of the like minded people.


Just because we missed each other, some family members, some friends and above all sitting together for week nights family lunch or dinner be it at home or at our favorite restaurant, every single day I have tried blogging reflecting on the thought of making my dear foodies celebrate a meal in extra special angel. Not only focusing on dinner but overall a healthy, restaurent style eating for week nights and break the mundain lockdown fever. We all know that in social media food and entertainment posting played a huge role in controlling people’s frustration. I have tried through sharing recipes, pictures, chatting, and posting every single day and even as a homechef and still doing it. I had the privilege, opportunity and the honor to contest to influence others and win over 20 from nearly 25 homechef cooking contests (National and International) like for NIPS MANAGEMENT, MEGA MODA BRAND, RICE, HOWARD JOHNSON, WOMAN TIMES, IHCBA 2022, etc and finally from this year I am the TOP5 FINALIST in the ROYAL BENGAL MASTER CHEF INDIA & Best HomeChef Award Winner 2022. Apart I am writing recipe books that got published in KOLKATA INTERNATIONAL BOOK FAIR from DureKothao Magazine & Publication, an NGO initiative and I am a member and contributer for regular publishing. Amateur Food Photography was an experience that I have acquired from working with the Top 10 Healthy Food Website, Archanaskitchen from 2016-18. Resulted in my Food Photography exhibition in ICCR & GALLERY GOLD.

With the hope to enlighten some families with great smile and in turn nourish my passion for cooking and blogging.

I am a happy blogger and all these have been reflecting through my blogging for 365 days and will continue to do so as well serve healthy party food from my Entrepreneur home kitchen platform my dream *Tasty Fusion*. Finally from all my achievements the biggest one are when my friends and followers kept commenting on and that too reflected in their appreciation modes on how I have inspired many while walking on my road.

Apart from being a former co-director for our online fashion brand I am one self taught and passionate food/recipe blogger, national and international award winning home chef, homechef contestant, Top5 Finalist in Royal Bengal Master Chef India 2022, an amateur food photographer, food author, recipe collaborator, entrepreneur, world traveler, mom and wife.

Blogging is a responsibility to bring in the new subject into limelight. My focus is to reintroduce and incarnate veganism, natural lifestyle of healthy eating which is more like walking back when there was no prepared food available, whatever nature intended to serve us with the natural production, that was enough. More than writing a recipe a visual food image is capable of influencing a foodie’s eye, few have the patience of reading. So for the entire lockdown period 2020 and 2021, I have engaged myself through daily cooking with the fresh food photography. Aiming at blogging for more Fusion PLANT BASED FOOD, less use of meat and dairy in one word more with home cooked food with exotic taste to spread awareness for healthy eating habits that can alone save us a nd can save the Earth. It is high time to start realizing, what is right for us and realize about how to save our future generation.

Times have changed from 2020, now my aim is to innovate more natural based tasty recipe that will need no dependency of any sort and can be found from our country’s own natural resources. We have to create more tasty pure mouth watering homestyle cuisine special. We need to support the mission ,VOCAL THE LOCAL.

Through blogging I am trying to bring awareness for simple cooking and promoting organic usage of fresh food for daily cooking as well helping my readers to pick organic to nearly organic food to stay healthy because food is directly related to nurturing environment our mother earth thus helping in balancing the ecosystem, planning and consuming, helping our farmers, control food wastage and saving the green and blue Earth to make a better place for our future generation. In the last collaborating edition of magazine publication I had the opportunity to work with few Chefs from Food Industry where they have shared their valuable inputs on stopping food wastage, which gets distributed in West Bengal, Assam and Jharkhand. I would love to work more if opportunity is bestowed upon, so it spreads to the remote destinations.

Apart my aimis to participate in the competition and now I feel many passionate home chefs are following the same path just like I did to sharpen their skill and earn their living. Fortunately I got selected in the most happening National & International Cooking Contests(25+) and was blessed with about small and big approximately 20 winning titles. I practice  #healthycooking /#dessert #vegetarian recipes for  #publishing /#blogging and contribution for blog, food brand, #magazine and few #ecommerce recipe sites on daily basis. Apart I am also associated with an Kolkata based NGO platform for Bengali Magazine & Publication participating in different activities helping through my food related work and awareness for publication on tri monthly basis. Recently they launched two cooking books in Kolkata International Book Fair, and I am one of the group of food authors. Worked as a Food Blogger Collaborator with Archanaskitchen(one of the top 10 healthy recipe website/brand) for two years.

My food photography exhibition in ICCR, Gallery Gold and in Kolkata International Book Fair are memorable achievements.
