1. What first inspired you to begin writing, and how has that inspiration evolved over the years?

Author:  It began during my first meditation, when Swami asked me to put pen to paper. I did not plan to write a book. I simply followed the guidance, and over time, the writing evolved naturally into something larger than I had imagined.

2. How would you describe your writing voice, and what makes it unique to you?

Author: My writing voice is quiet and contemplative. It arises from inner listening rather than effort, and from experiences received in stillness. What makes it unique is that I allow the writing to flow as it comes, trusting the guidance behind it.

3. What does your creative process look like from idea conception to the final draft?

Author: My creative process begins in stillness. I listen inwardly and write what is given, trusting the guidance I receive. My role is simply to put it into words as faithfully as I can, without adding or shaping it through my own effort.

4. Are there any rituals or habits you follow before sitting down to write?

Author: I begin by becoming quiet. I do not sit with any expectation, only with openness. I offer a simple prayer and place the writing in Swami’s hands, trusting whatever needs to come, or not come, in that moment.

5. Which authors or books have influenced your writing the most, and why?

Author: My writing has been shaped more by spiritual teachings and sacred writings than by any single author. The emphasis on love, service, and inner transformation has quietly influenced how and why I write.

6. What was the biggest challenge you faced while writing this book, and how did you overcome it?

Author: The greatest challenge was the fear of how my experiences might be perceived or believed. I overcame this by letting go of the need for approval and trusting that the book would reach only those who were open to receiving it.

7. How do you stay motivated during periods of self-doubt or creative block?

Author: Through patience and trust in Swami’s time. When the writing pauses, I wait rather than force it, knowing that what is meant to come will come when the time is right.

8. Do you believe writers are born or made? What shaped your own journey?

Author: I believe writers are shaped. My own journey has been shaped by listening carefully and responding to guidance, and by obeying the instruction to write when it was given.

9. How do feedback and criticism impact your writing process?

Author: I receive positive feedback with gratitude. When criticism arises, I remind myself that the writing is not about me, but about what was given. I trust that the book will resonate with those it is meant for, and I remain at peace with differing responses.

10. What advice would you give to aspiring writers who want to publish their first book?

Author: Do not be afraid. Write with honesty and patience, and do not give up if the journey feels difficult at first. When something comes from sincerity and truth, it will unfold in its own time.
