Being a poet, I myself search for varieties and give a chance to the budding writers to express their thoughts in order to get valuable knowledge and gain more good phrases and poetic knowledge. While researching on good books having a collection of Hindi poetries, I came across the book “Main hi kyu?” by the author Sneha.
Yes! The author has already succeeded in writing her debut book in English named “I am The Moon” which is an anthology of free verse and prose that reflects the different phases of life.
In verse inspired by her personal experiences, Sneha tells how a woman feels in the different phases of her life including nursing a broken heart, knowing what love actually is, how important is healing to live, and moving from somehow surviving to live a more content, purposeful life.
An author who had already been successful in writing a poetry book before has taken another initiative to publish her creativity in the book ”Main hi kyu?”, which is now exclusively available on every online platform. The book contains not only words framed into poetic format but also contains the feelings and viewpoints of the author!
The book is written in Hindi alphabets and being a National language itself, the language doesn’t stand as a barrier for some older readers who don’t have a good hold of the English language. The most amazing part of this poetry book is that it is not only limited to one particular topic but also gives a brief idea of every aspect in a rhythmic format and in free verses too!
The book has been written from an amazing point of view by the author, where the author itself says that being indulged in books leads one to know the worldly affairs more and it’s easy for one to gain knowledge and start working on it in a modified way!

The book is a collection of short poetries with black and white illustration after each poem and the book cover gives an aesthetic and soothing vibe so as to attract the reader’s mind within a second or two! There are around one hundred and sixteen contents in this book which contains only 128 pages approximately! This book is a travel friendly one so as to have a good time reading short contents while on a journey.
About the Author:
Sneha is a writer by night and an IT professional by day. She was born in Bhatapara, Chhattisgarh. Her writings typically focus on the ironies of lives and phases of relationships; hoping that her writing will give words to those who have gone through and felt like what she did. Writing for her is a hobby and medicine too. She currently works in an IT firm in Bengaluru and lives with her husband and daughter.
Hence, the book’s title is appropriate and understandable only if it’s read from the preface to the blurb properly and to get the information in a short interval of time, one must hurry up and grab their order as soon as possible! This chance of reading a beautiful book in a beautiful order should not be missed!
